Happy Valentine's Day!

We went to Copper Grill for Valentine's Day this past weekend. It was sooo good. If we were rich, we'd probably eat there at least once a week. Sad to say we did not purchase one of the infamous lobsters for our meal. It was Porterhouse for 2 for us, but it was delicious. We went all out at dinner, we ordered everything from the appetizer to the dessert. This was our first Valentine's day to spend with each other. I have to say it definitely topped any Valentine's day I've ever had. Shayne is such a sweetheart and I am so glad to say he's all mine!!!!

I cooked for us on the real Valentine's night and we gave each other gifts. It was so romantic, we finally used our dining room and china for the first time. No I didn't cook pizza for dinner, that's a piece of the cookie cake that I bought!! I hope everyone else had as memorable of a Valentine as we did this year. It was definetly very special for us with it being our first one together! ~Jamie~
