Going Home Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the big day. We will take Mr. Conner to his new home and he will get to use his new room with his new toys. We are so excited about taking him home, but we are also very nervous about it as well. This will be uncharted territory for us and we really do not know what to expect. Everyone at the hospital has been great but we are starting to feel like the walls are closing in a little. It is so hard to believe that he is ours and that we actually get to take him home with us. We love our little man and he is truly a gift from God! We are so thankful that we have a healthy baby and each day that passes we truly realize how lucky we are.
